Terrified!!!!

Nurses General Nursing

Published

I took my boards on Monday and am terrified I failed. I should have rescheduled them due to feeling terrible with bronchitis but figured I made it through 4 years of nursing school with occiput neuralgia and 14 surgeries so I could make it through boards.

The testing center monitor was talking so loud outside the door I could hear him through the my ear plugs. He finally got the message after some nasty looks and fingers stuck in my ears.

The last time I looked I had 245 questions in and the computer shut off several questions later. Has anyone ever passed with that many questions? If I had to bet money on whether I passed I would be deep in debt by now.

Can anyone help with the number of questions taken and passed? :(

i passed! :roll :roll  :p :chuckle

i nearly pee'd myself when i saw the envelope in the mailbox, but it was all good. thanks to all of you for the encouragement and support.

Woooohhoooooo..... You did it! Congratulations!

good job!! congratulations!!!!

Congrats!!!! As too the nurse who told you to grow a back bone or you would never be able to effectively advocate for your pts. Very not right. I am very nonconfrontational very good natured. However when it comes to my job and my pts Noone but Noone gets anything by me. I will go as far as I need to for them however you dont have to be a cold heart or a fighter to do that you just have to care. Again congrats!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!!!!

I just passed, too! Congrats to both of us, and everyone else who passed.

Also, to those who didn't pass -- the test was horrible, and not a fair judge of your knowledge and ability. Don't despair. You will be a good nurse, so just BELIEVE IN YOURSELF & stay positive. The test is b---sh--, and everyone passes eventually.
