I took my boards on Monday and am terrified I failed. I should have rescheduled them due to feeling terrible with bronchitis but figured I made it through 4 years of nursing school with occiput neuralgia and 14 surgeries so I could make it through boards.
The testing center monitor was talking so loud outside the door I could hear him through the my ear plugs. He finally got the message after some nasty looks and fingers stuck in my ears.
The last time I looked I had 245 questions in and the computer shut off several questions later. Has anyone ever passed with that many questions? If I had to bet money on whether I passed I would be deep in debt by now.
Can anyone help with the number of questions taken and passed?
Congratulations. In Ilinois, you can call 48 hours after you take your boards. You can find out if you passed or not for $7.95. I cried when I found out I passed. The 2 days wait was soooooo stressful. I'm glad I spent the extra money though. It was a great relief from my mind. I have to say, it as the hardest test I ever took, in my life. There were too many right answers to choose from. Glad you only have to take it one time.
