Is it OK in your opinion for a male nurse to have an earring in while at work?

I honestly don't have a problem with piercings as long as they don't look like shrapnel or it can't be ripped out by a combative person.

Women wear earings, so why can't men if they so desire? The size and amount is dictated by the instution we work in, not the people we work with. We could mention the hair up and back issue, but that is another poll. Earings.......No big deal.

the men I have worked with that wear earrings usually do the studs, hoops just don't cut it. I have no problem with them wearing whatever as long as it is within policy for everyone.
