all the above points to your need to find a lawyer ASAP....none of us can say what will happen (as far as I know we are not attorneys here) and to take any other advice would be foolish. Speculation is worth very little epecially when your future is in the balance.......oh ...And I agree w/those that say to quit drinking!!! Sounds as if unwise use of alcohol is a HUGE part of why you are in the mess you are in now. I wish you luck, you will likely need it.

I don't believe this has been mentioned...but if you feel an alcohol problem is at the root of this trouble, and you want to keep your license consider asking your BON for help through their peer assistance program. If you admit you have a problem they will help keep you honest while you go through treatment. If you don't ask for protection they can simply yank your license in most states, I believe, with these types of convictions.

Good luck to you and I agree...get rid of the drunk boyfriend. He will only drag you down with him.

Yup, Booze In, Brains Out..... Forget AA closed meetings--but try to get to some open meetings...maybe you'll see yourself there.

As for the rest of it, just follow the advise regarding lawyers.

    Peace and Good Luck
