God Susy, at first I thought you meant you got a letter from the State Board saying, "Sorreeeee, we made a mistake, and you did not pass NCLEX as previously thought..."

LMAO! Oh my god can you imagine???

For those who asked why it was in my paper, the paper did an article on the nursing shortage (there's a link to it on the AllNurses.com home - news) and for good measure I guess they included a "sample" NCLEX to see if "you have it what it takes" to be a nurse.

i got 12/15, missed the last one, which was missing the tubing size. the one about the 2nd stage of labor was horse cocky, as if a baby had shoulder dystocia the head would already be presenting and one only has a matter of minutes to get that baby out. also, 30cc's after surgery would be normal, any other signs of bleeding like bp changes, .......just like school.....not enough information on the tests.

You want to beware that a long second stage could indicate a possiblity of shoulder dystocia. Definitely not common knowlege.

On the urine output one: at that point post op, the most common cause for decreased urine output is blood loss.
