This could be fun what are some of the funniest names you have heard out at triage?

On the Today show this morning there was a little girl who was in the choir. The anchor asked her what her name was and she said, "I adore her". The anchor said, "your name is I adore her?" and the little girl said yes. When she says her name it would be like talking about yourself in the third person...lol

I went to high school with a kid named Chiquita Banana Smith.

I once took care of a little boy named Neon. I see really unusual spellings more than I see really unusual names...Kgauge (Gage), Brytkneigh (Brittany), Dayvod (David), Meloni (Melanie), Tielor (Tyler)...just to name a few!

:)

Once triaged a baby girl named "Precious Mahogany"......and the best was: a baby girl named: "Female Pajama" pronounced--fee-mah-lay pah-jah-may.

:smackingf

There was a little boy down the street and his parents wanted to name him Harley with Davidson as his middle name. They settled on Dallas. The little brother was Austin. Were they from Texas? Nope, just thought it would be "a hoot."

Yep, that's just where I want to get my chuckles from, people's reactions to my children's names.

Oh, boy . . .

I triaged a pair of brothers (not twins) named Hunter and Fisher. Also took care of a 40-something year old named Baby Boy. (Swear to God, I saw his driver's license!)

Just Curious is Baby Boy was from the US originally. It's a really common name in Liberia.

Along with the names which are (I think most are nice) Blessing, Comfort, Remember, Mamagirl, BigBoy, and a lovely tribal name that doesn't translate well- Fat-U (Pronounced Fahtu. )

The Shi thead one is pretty funny. I read that name in the recent book, Freakonomics.

Had an older lady in a few days ago: first name is Truelove.
