A moose in ER

Specialties Emergency

Published

I live in small rural community. We occassionally have a small Jack Russell-like dog come to the ER and crawl into one of the chairs and watch TV. He mostly does this when it starts to thunder and lightening. His owner calls the ER to see if he is there, and will come pick him up.

Animals can be so humorous at times.

I am glad no one was injured in this incident as this was a wild animal.

I saw that on the news. Too funny!

I spent the first part of my life in Anchorage. I remember when we moved the first time I saw a cow, I screamed "Daddy look at the funny moose!". Moose were so common to me growing up there. :)

I love moose meat. It is the best!

Oh, now that's not something you see everyday in an ED.

Looked like those residents were having fun taking the pictures.

Too funny.

lol, that totally seems like something that would happen down home in Newfoundland too... ah, sometimes i miss rural life...

Did he have something wrong with him or was he just drug seeking. :-)

Thanks for the video clip.

OK, how did my husband get up in Alaska?!?! (The poor dear is 6 foot 6, and I affectionately call him a moose. :chuckle

Seriously, soundslike the hospital is quite decent to man AND animal.....wish all were like that! :)

Maybe he was just looking for a good doctor for some ailment. I don't know!!! Oh well I guess he was looking in the wrong hospital! :rotfl: :chuckle
