Hello everyone! I got accepted to Samuel Merritt's CRNA program. I am very very excited and wish all of you the best of luck. :rotfl: The interview wasn't bad and the admissions board of 8 individuals wasn't bad either. SMC was my first choice school and I also interviewed at TWU, but they do not notify us until April I believe. Looks like I will remain in California and enjoy the great weather, at least until school starts.

congratulations on your acceptance into merritt!
i'm planning on applying to the program for next fall and would appreciate any advice on how to increase my chances of getting in. i'm specifically worried about my low gpa and lack of hospital experience. i do have 2.5 years of medical research experience and teach hs chem & bio.... but i don't know if that is helpful.
thank you in advance for any help.

Congrats, that's great. But, you are not a CRNA yet, I'd be real careful about using that title, even on a bulletin board.
Kevin McHugh, CRNA (Implies that I have graduated and passed boards. As opposed to having started school, which would make one an SRNA.)

I'm confused, why are people replying in May 2005, to a simple "yay, I got in" post written more than a year ago in March 2004?
