I made a rule for myself. I will check tonight at six and will try to wait to check until tomorrow at six also haha!

I am not checking until I receive that email to check the portal. Gives me less anxiety. I might just have my sister check it for me when I  receive the email. LOL to much pressure to check myself. LOL
