Hey all! I am reapplying and wanted to create this for everyone applying. I won't be as involved as I was last year, but good luck to everyone! I know they're having seminars and allowing people to schedule one on one consultations for applications.

Be able to show you really understand the role of an advanced practice nurse, I believe this is one of the most important things. Also have a few questions to ask the interviewer about the program. And have at least a few anecdotes of how you handle conflict, overcome an obstacle, strengths and weaknesses.
Again from reading past threads, it seems many interviews were super conversational. Also, they said the interviewers had always carefully combed the applicants essays/resume, so be fresh on what's in there and prepared to expound on your experiences.
Nailed it

Believe me, I check multiple times a day in case they decide to gift us with an early decision ?

It's not silly at all! Last year they sent a decision notification to everyone in the application portal. They sent an email letting us know when they did that.
@TellMeSomethingGood I believe it was a link that just had you log in and you saw the decision right then and there. I know for a fact that you didn't have to go searching for it though. I believe it was either that or it said decision alongside the checklist.Since I was denied I was super butt hurt and do not clearly recall haha, sorry!
