I see it in the hospital. I see the "keep your head down and don't ever correct a teacher" and I've seen it in my current place of work. Why does it seem that nurses want to one up each other or socially isolate people? Do you see what I see?
I used to work with Female doctors and female nurses at a clinic for a while, got a long great with them. I get the feeling women, and I may be wrong, can work better with males in SOME environments and be comfortable just being themselves. Or perhaps I just put ladies as ease.
I treat EVERYONE, male, female, black, green, brown as a equal. With that said, if you screw me over, then all bets are off...
