I will be attending Harper college (IL) this summer and was wonder if anyone was taking Human Anatomy this summer. I graduated in 2010 with a MA degree and only worked for a few yrs in the clinic before moving over to the hospital setting. I feel as though my A&P course was not that challenging and passed with A's barely studying. I know this time of round will be different and I excited about my path to nursing. Anyone taking summer courses? if so, tell us what you have register for?

I took micro alone in a 6 week course and it was brutal, but youre planning on taking chem in a 4 week period PLUS 2 other classes? Wooow.

Wooow. Two classes are online, the chem class is lecture only, so I think I'll be okay. Fingers crossed anyway.

I just scheduled mine for the end of May. The short break I get between graduating and summer classes.

I'm not planning on taking it until the end of July or beginning of August so I'm waiting until the end of this semester before I start studying. It's mainly the math that I need to review. I took through Calculus IV for my first round of undergrad but it's been about 6 years. And even longer since I took any sort of Algebra. lol

I took care of all my non-nursing requirements last year before starting last Fall.I think I'm going to take an ACLS and trauma nursing class this summer if I think my first semester of acute care will prepare me for it, if not maybe I'll take it next summer. I want to have the requirements done to work in the ED out the gate when I graduate with my BSN.
