Seriously. This is my last semester of pre-reqs. If I ever have to look at another pre-req I will puke. I am excited that I have filler classes like English next semester while I wait to see if I get accepted into my program for summer 16. Just a normal English class, no lab, no hours of studying, something that's usually easy for me (Watch now I will get the English prof from hell).
I have 2 more lectures/labs and I never have to attend another A&P class again. Never mind that a lab and comprehensive lecture final separates me from that. I have had the worst professor for A&P as well, bummer because I have liked all of mine up until this class.
I am just so relieved my life won't revolve around studying for this damn class lol
Who is else is ready?!
Just took my last quiz/test before finals on Thursday...I am so ready for this semester to be over already. Four finals left before a two week vacation (taking a winter class). I am not as lucky as you though, I still have to take more prereqs up until fall 2016 then I can apply for the fall 2017 nursing program. Good luck with finals everyone!
I'm definitely ready for this semester to be over with.
Microbiology has been the most demanding prerequisite I've ever experienced. Besides the lab assignments and constant practice of aseptic techniques, my professor had us doing a million projects and assignments at once for lecture. No other science that I've taken thus far has been this demanding.
I still have to deal with Human Anatomy & Physiology, but I plan on knocking that out this summer. My classes for next semester are mostly easier prerequisites classes like English, Human Growth & Development, etc.
One more week! One more week!...Then an 18 day Winter intersession class...then Spring....then Summer....
But still, one more week of Fall!
bahahaha that's how I feel. I keep saying two more days till the end, two more days till the end. There is no end! After this I spend my winter break essentially studying to re-take the NCLEX PN in the style of ATI comprehensive test for my clinical seat, then spring semester, then summer clinicals start. It never ends .
Hey guys and gals,
I just want to say keep your chin up and work hard, you WILL get through it, although I know it sucks! I am 38 and just finished my RN-B.S.N. and it went by so quick! You should all be done this semester now, I would assume since it's almost Christmas week!
Congrats to everyone who got through the semester, it is worth all the work in the end!
