With all the things I want to do in the day,Id have to get by on 5 hrs of sleep per night.
How much sleep do you need? Could you get by with less to accomplish your goals?

I've jumped out of bed in the middle of sleeping, thinking I was at work.
One day, there must have been a truck backing up in the street. I guess I heard it, but in my dream it became an IV beeping, so I jumped out of bed, thinking there ws an IV that needed to be checked.

Well, I was so exhausted last night I fell asleep--on my living room floor--while watching TV. I woke up at 6 AM, turned everything off, and went to bed, where I slept for another 5 hours.
Do ya think maybe I'm just not getting enough sleep during the week? Yeah, I think so.

I always have trouble sleeping after a 12 hour day shift. My body is just so tense that I can't relax. I try to read, take antihistamines, shower, eat, watch T.V., or whatever but NOTHING works. When I have to do three 12s in a row I end up feeling crazy! On my days off I sleep 9-10 hours. Any advice???

I love sleeping... It's my favorite hobby. I look forward to naps. And I usually HAVE to have at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

On days when I have to work, I usually get about 5 hours.
Off days? Whole 'nuther story. I can beat that 15 hours, no problem!
