I love the Anywear brand shoes. I personally wear the Exacts, but there are several different styles. They are way more comfortable than the Danskos I had before, and they're a fraction of the price. I have a pair in pink for work and I'm planning on buying a pair in white for school next year.
Skechers Active Memory Foam... the ones you can just slip on ('"bikers," I believe they're called). I was worried about getting a sore back and feet during clinicals (since I'm prone to such problems when I'm on my feet even for a short time) but I can't remember even one day where I experienced this. I owe it all to the shoes.
I'm gonna get these: Amazon.com: ASICS Women's Gel-Foundation Walking Shoe: Shoes
I wear these exact shoes for clinicals (in white, too!) and I love them. I have worked standing on my feet for years and I'm here to tell you that looks should NOT matter more than comfort. Your legs and back will thank you later! And, for white shoes, I don't think the ASICS look ugly or weird at all.
I have three pairs of ASICS running shoes in rotation because I like to run and they are the best shoes for that too--I figured I couldn't go wrong with a pair of ASICS walking shoes for clincals.
Try them! They are especially great if you have wider feet like me.
I'm also on the hunt for cute and comfortable all-white shoes. It's actually turning out to be a bit of a challenge. So far, these are a few of my favorites:
Love Puma! They don't look very comfy but I've asked other nursing students and they say they've been great.

Love nike free runs! Soooo comfy for running so I'd imagine they would be great for long hours at the hospital as well.
