Hello! My program recommends leather/leather-like white "nursing shoes" for clinicals. Honestly, not looking to spend over $40. Can you share a link (preferably Amazon) of the ones you might have heard of or own?
Thanks, yall!

I got some white Sketchers shoes with memory foam for my program. I've seen so many get clogs and I just don't think they seem that comfortable. You can get them for around $40-$60/pair. ?

These were very comfortable and best of all inexpensive. https://www.amazon.com/Reebok-Womens-Classic-Renaissance-Sneaker/dp/B00R54XO20/ref=sr_1_2?crid=26R23QDE7SWYA&keywords=white+reeboks+for+women&qid=1557774221&s=gateway&sprefix=white+reeboks%2Caps%2C187&sr=8-2

I looked at those too! Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I ended up getting Sketchers from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017N5RUBG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I read "white shoes" and thought, "Keeping white shoes clean would be a full time job for me!!" Best of luck to you finding your shoes! ?

The sales associate told me that this is because only nursing students buy white ? super helpful! You can check out any uniform stores near you just to see the fit of different brands. I'd buy 'em cheaper offline once you know what you're looking for.I did try the danskos just see.. and it felt like i was standing on two bricks. At this point, leather sneakers are sounding pretty good for me, but maybe you'll have better luck!

I hated Danskos. I felt like I was wearing two shoe boxes and got the worst plantar fasciitis.

I bought my first pair of ‘duty shoes’ in 1980 for nursing school. They were white leather and cost $50....I still have them.
Payless is closing and has some great deals. DSW has some, too

My program "officially" told us the same thing. I still don't own a pair of white shoes and I have one semester left. Might be worth having a chat with your clinical instructor to see what the unofficial word is on white shoes - it might just be a way to prevent people from wearing fluorescent colors and such.
