Yes. Ventricles pump out, atria receive blood. Right ventricle pumps blood to the lung, left ventricle pumps into circulation. Right atrium received blood from circulation, left atrium received blood from the lungs.
thank you. do you know a good way to remember the pathway of blood thru the heart?

Study it ad nauseum until it becomes second nature to you. This is vital (bad pun) knowledge.

One of my friends taught me this: (RA, RV, LA, LV) Run Away! get an RV head to Los Angeles and then to Las Vegas!
I thought it was cute and it has helped :)

Notice the thickness of the myocardium in the left ventricle, it is much thicker because it does more work.
