Where do you nurse, hospital/homehealth/hospice/nursing home/ clinic?
Second question what is your speciality?

I work in an ENT and Maxillo-facial OR with 3 theatre. We do mostly day cases but also do the odd large case like Sagital split osteotomy and Le Forte osteotomy but these patients are nursed in High Care for one night then discharged. We also do the odd Rhinoplasty as well as a lot of sinus surgery and major ear surgery like tympanomastoidectomies and facial nerve decompressions.

I am the Mental Health RN at the Women's Prison in Missouri. There are two in the State and I work at the largest one. We have over 1800 inmates and over 800 of them have some kind of mental illness. I have been a Forensic Psych nurse for 8 years now and love it.
