Where do you nurse, hospital/homehealth/hospice/nursing home/ clinic?

Second question what is your speciality?

Me, I work in a clinic where we deal with cancer patients from dr visits to chemo therapy and everyrthing in between and beyond.

LPN in LTC at an Assisted Living Facitlity until I become a RN and then who knows where I will work?

Hi I work in Australia with a community palliative care service

I work at a correctional facility as a LPN. Its different.

I'm an assistant to a vascular surgeon...I work both in the office and in the OR. I love it!!

First was Cardiothoracic ICU, then Surgical ICU, traveled in a MICU, now in the OR.

I work in a busy teaching hospital's 12 bed MICU..the hospital was rated as one of the top 50 hospitals in the country

I'm an LPN on an 18 bed Long term Vent unit. I work along side a respiratory therapist and we stay pretty busy. Me, the RT, and 2 CNAs are the only staff at noc. I enjoy my pts. Most are pretty young, but we have all walks of life. We're not bored! :lol2:
