   We have only been without a DON for a few weeks but we were having serious issues while she was there. We don;t really have anyone sitting in her place temp which is another problem thats were the 3 RN's come into play.

   Im still trying to cope with the stress at my job. We loss our DON and now we have 3RN who very head strong but don't see the whole picture they want to complain about how everyone else isn't doing their job but they aren't seeing the whole picture...
