Where are we on MCC waiting list? Stamped 4/08

Hi, my date/time stamp was 4/25/08 at 8:03:33. Anyone else close to me? Do you know where we are approximately on the waiting list?

I am hoping to get in during the January 2010 semester, my time stamp is June 19th 08. I really want to move out of Arizona because I hate these summers so the sooner the better.

I guess by then it will be an 18 month wait which is what they told me to expect. It was so annoying trying to get into the program, I had to wait so long for a finger print card then I had to try and get them to waive the math requirement. Considering I am a former high school math teacher they finally waived the requirement and accepted statistics and calculus for my pre algebra requirement, go figure.

I am trying to determine which program will be fastest to get through but still be placed for the spring.

Does anyone know if GPA plays any part in being placed? Or is it based on how many choiced you list?

GPA does not matter. It is all based on the waiting list when they pick your timestamp.

I would apply for Yavapai College and just drive to Prescott or the Verde Valley 4 times per week if I lived in Phoenix. No wait list whatsoever. They couldn't even fill my first semester class because not enough applicants passed the HESI. I now only have 9 months left before I get my ADN. I would be still waiting just to get in if I was applying to Maricopa.

Someone mentioned an A & P test when we get in. It has been 6 years since I finished my pre reqs and 9 years since A & P for me. So I am hoping I am not that rusty.

I was placed in GWCC with a 6/19/08 8:04 time stamp

My date stamp was Jun 08 and I only put Glendale weekend day program and I got in to start Spring 2010. I used my one time defferment because I'm still in the military so hopefully one of you can fill my spot for Jan 2010! Good luck!:yeah:
