Where to buy nursing supplies

Hello all!

I am starting nursing school in August and need to get...

penlights

scissors

stethoscope

hemostats

CPR mask

White pants

Lab coat

White shoes

I live in Hawaii which means there is no where to get any supplies and I am forced to go online! Anybody have any good suggestions for websites??

Also, I noticed scissors come in different sizes and the hemostats come in staight and curved. Which is the best?
