As soon as you get your books and sylabus, get out in front of your reading. Come up with a plan and write it down. You might try putting your study, reading, assignments on a little white board and update it weekly. Remember that it's easier to keep up than catch up. good luck and welcome

In all seriousness it's pretty much the same steth. It has the same lumen in a lumen feature, same ear pieces. The Big difference that I could see is that the chest piece has the slight apex to it and the squishy stuff where your fingers go. I like the shape of the chest piece, it works really well with "big" patients when you have skinfolds to deal with, as well as just hearing great. I love the "tunable diaphragm" as well. hope this helps

Just got one and I love it. It's pretty much the same as the master card but with kung fu grip. I'm really really impressed with it. jim
