What is the most you've worked (days) without having a day off?

The title was difficult to word :bugeyes: but if you work 8 or 12 hr shifts, how many days straight have you worked and not had a day off?

21 days, should have been 8 hr shifts, but you left when the paper work was done. That was between 2 jobs and 10 yrs. age. The up side, my daughter got through collage with no student loans. :yeah:The down side, Mom was a terrer.:uhoh3:

11 twelve hour shifts 7p-7a as a 20 year old nursing assistant.....needed rainy day money.....has the disturbing age to nap at red lights on the drive home.

13 shifts in a row. 8.5 hour shifts with a 1.5 hour commute each way. I worked night shift. Yes, I was money hungry at the time. :bugeyes: I didn't have kids then so really it wasn't all that bad.

I worked 7 straight, 13 hour night shifts on a hospice case. I needed extra money for my vacation that was coming up. :sofahider

Luckily, the case was very easy, and the patient was only on continuous care for insomnia and medication teaching.

One time we had an employee who's boyfriend accidentally shot his brother. She was off for two weeks and everyone pitched in, I don't know how many hours it came to at the end of it because it's all a blur.

thirty days in a row. I would work five 8 hour days, with call on at least one day per week, and then two twelve hour day shifts on saturday and sunday. I was saving for a house at the time. ( I reached my goal, but i was too exhausted to enjoy the extra money) I was a zoooommmmmbbbbiiieee:dzed: by the time the month was up, it took me two days on my vacation to relax. I don't recommend it at all,:bugeyes:.

When I worked 8 hour shifts-8 shifts in a row (64 hours)

When I worked 12 hour shifts-6 shifts in a row (72 hours)
