That's one of my all-time favorite Beatles songs. Did you know the Prudence in question is Mia Farrow's sister?

Won't you come out and play...

Specializes in Every department except OB..

Hmmmmm........not sure.

Let me get back to you on that.....:lol2:

I was always very very anal about how my patients looked.

We used to joke I was "The Hygiene Queen".

I am also "The Gero Whisperer" because I'm very good with difficult geriatric patients... that would be a good username, too.

However...

I'm also known as "The Urinator" because I could always get urine samples when others couldn't or wouldn't...

I don't think I like that for a username

U2BCool; My kids can't believe that I was cool at one time. With night shifts, diapers, school and the mini van I having problems finding the coolness.

Specializes in CICU.

I called a career "do-over" and became a nurse. So far, so good.

Specializes in geriatrics, geripsych.

i am parent 2 of 7 kids! i say i am parent "2" because my hubby is older than me!! :yeah:

Specializes in Med-surg,icu,er,surgical floor,recovery.

When I'm at work I dont have one particular place I work all the time. I like to say 'I don't have a home' lol. I'm not a med-surg nurse, I'm not a pre/post op nurse, I'm not a recovery nurse, I'm not a icu nurse. I am a everywhere nurse.

I think mine speaks for itself... it's what I say to myself every morning after 3 hours sleep from studying and kids, while attending full time LPN school! :D

Specializes in LPN.

My username is taken from a word used in the books "A Wind in the Door" and "A Swiftly Tilting Planet" by Madeleine L'Engle. Kything is a sort of intuitive communication form where you see the world through another person's eyes. Not telepathy, per se, but a kind of "oneness" that can stretch beyond the normal boundaries of time and space. I've always liked the word, and the concept.

Specializes in ER, Prehospital, Flight.

Mine is my title. Firefighter\ Prehospital RN with my fire dept (Professional FD, not volunteer). I was the first RN on the job, work as a paramedic while on duty. I also work as a flight nurse or as a flight medic slot if needed since I have scene\EMS experience. Then, in my spare time, I still work in the ED.
