i just turned in my 2003 Pontiac grand am, now I drive a brand new SAAB 93, 33miles on it. Wish I could afford that nice Range rover or that 7 series Benz. :balloons:

99 Ford Escort (hey, can you say PAID FOR and also, hanging on to it for the oldest kid's first car in 3 more months - and it's a stick: all new drivers should learn to drive a stick) - but I love it and drive it more than my:

96 Black Mustang GT convertible with Leather seats. Only bad thing about it is that it's an automatic. I had a friend tell me she could replace the chip so I could do 170 instead of 130 in it, but then 110 is as fast as I've ever dared to drive,so why would I need to increase a range already beyond my 'chicken' range.

But OH! at about 95mph, the low profile tires kick in and you can feel the car sink and hug the road. . . . makes me want to jump some bump in the road and yell 'yeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaw' and call myself Bo Duke. . . (um, not).

My next car will either be an F-150, of if gas keeps going up, an Escape-Hybrid. Then again, I'm learning the luxury of buying good used cars and spending my money on things with more 'spiritual' value - so my next vehicle will probably be a circa 1997 F-150. . .

Are you married? Those are some lux wheels you're talking about.

Ok, I am not a guy, but I thought I would make you all feel really good about your cars.

1993 Ford Escort with the sports package, an after market moon roof, 140 thousand miles on it.

Nope, I am not a student, and have been a nurse for 12 years.

However, I have a really rocking house with a beautiful inground pool!

I'm good with money. don't spend it as fast as I recive it. car note is only 300.oo insu 108 I work to hard not to have luxury and going back to school for crna. Saab is not really all that expensive. it's cheaper than that new charger. charger is 543 or something priced it already prior to getting saab :p what do you drive pvt parts? are you married?

RN. I drive an 1981 BMW 320i - love this car.

Also have an 1986 Volvo wagon, 1971 Dodge truck and a 1969 Datsun roadster (aka Fairlady) convertible.

Yup a collection of beasts, but no car payments! AAA plus a must!

I am definitely a car nut..basically a mechanic since before I could ride a bicylce hehe :D

I am currently a BSN student...I sold my older Porsche 944 because I commute too much and it was partially setup for the track and bought a 1997 VW Passat Vr6. After an electrical fire (caused by me installing a custom sound stage) I am in the process of re-wiring my car this summer before school starts :o

Otherwise, I plan to pretty much just save my money and keep the car for a while. When i get out I might pick up a project car-an older mustang foxbody or find another nice 944 turbo or turbo S or even just go conservative and turbo the Passat. My ideal car once I get settled and would probably be a Porsche 993 turbo, RUF 993 turbo, older 911 RS (or RSR), or RUF 930 Turbo. But most importantly, I would like to get back involved in track racing-PCA and SCCA-but I just don't have the time or money now =/

RN, I drive a 1991 Acura Integra. When this one wears out, I would definitly get another. Its been called the poor man's Porshe. Drives like a dream.

I drive a car that is reliable and gets me to work on time everytime....... This question is extremely materialistic and offensive. Who cares what kind of vehicle you drive as long as you do your job.

Come on guys....grow up a little bit.....
