What does your spouse do?

Published

I was just wondering what does your spouse do for a living? My husband is a mechanic. At the past 3 shops he has worked about 30-40% of the guys he works with are married to someone in the healthcare field. He finds it intriguing. So I'm wondering what field is your spouse in?

Hey, mine too!

My husband works for a small fine-furniture business (owned by my parents). No particular job title..he runs all the machines to manufacture the furniture and makes the programs for the machines..I think its AutoCAD....

I get so confused when he talks to me about melamine..I guess its like how he feels when I go into it about insulin pumps and secretegogues *sp? =0)

My husband is in management, restaurants mainly. Currently managing demo store for water softeners. He also has his own websites and is very much a computer geek.

My hubby is a pain in the "BEEP"!! :rotfl: J/k I have a great husband, whom I've been with since 1993, and married since 1997. Anyway, he has to be great to put up with me!! LOL

Ok, back to topic, his title actually is "Nationally Certified Flooring Inspector". We have our own business out of our house, so he is home whenever he wants to be. (He does do most of the cooking though!)

He receives a request via e-mail or phone for an inspection, calls the customer to set an appt., goes to the appt., looks at the flooring, determines what is wrong with it, takes a couple of digital photos, comes back home, types up a report, and sends the report and photos via e-mail to the requestor. Easy job, but someone has to do it..... :chuckle (I get to handle the accounting part of it. :p )
