I know that we as nurses can not make a diagnosis but jsut by your judgement what would u assume?
41 year old female with soft 2" lumps underneath the skin in lumbar region about 2-3" away from spine aslo lumps found on R lower rib cage. Minor discomfort upon palpating and pain ranking 3/10 while in certain positions (ex. bending over, pressure on lumps). what could this be?
Lipoma
Cancer
Benign Tumors.... what????

Impossible to say without seeing the patient, knowing their history etc.
