if you passed the NCLEX, then surely you would have better spelling skills, to say nothing of understanding that no Nurse is going to show you thier licence.

The physical appearance of your RN license is totally dependent upon the state in which you are licensed.

I am licensed in a state that has stopped issuing physical RN/LVN licenses since 2008, so nobody in my state of residence receives one. All information is online at the BON website, so anyone who would like to verify the information must visit the website and enter pertinent information (license number, date of birth, etc.).

In addition, nurse impostor fraud is at an all-time high, so I am doubtful that you'll find a nurse on this forum who will post a picture of his/her license. Good luck to you!

That should be 'their' and 'license.'

All of Indiana's license renewal is done online too. Because fraud is so rampant anymore, I don't carry my nurse license or my SS card. Hey, I just found a spell check on this box!

In my state you can get all the info online, you also get a wallet card to keep on hand and then you can order a wall certificate. I will try to take a picture of that and block out my name so you can see. It doesn't have License number on it because the state stopped but it looks nice.

Haha, yet you spelled "their" and "license" incorrectly.

Wow, some of these posts are soo mean... I just got my license a few weeks ago, and I'm from VA. If you've ever seen the license of a cosmetologist, a nail technician, or a tattoo artist (as they have to have them displayed on the wall in their shops), then they sort of look similar to those.

I'm assuming those are also state-issued, so they would look alike.

Yay for you! Virginia even gives us a card to place in our wallets along with the license certificate.

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO REALLY APPRECIATE :)

And some people no need to be getting that mean, OBVIOUSLY why would i wan a see someone's personal information.

Anyways Thanks to who actually helped me

GOD BLESS YOU :)
