Are we Weincking here? ?

I have forgotten sooooo much. Out of acute care mid 1980s to LTC. And retired 2010.

I dunno, I guess it could be long, longer.. But what I think I’m seeing are ventricles deploarizing at a slow and reasonably regular rate. And I think I see (?) P waves lurking in a few places in the various other wave amplitudes seen in this strip. So the atrial rate might be regular (and faster than the ventricles of course) as well. I suspect the atria and the ventricles are incommunicado. I’d love to see more of this strip/more leads.

Thanks for all of the great resources. I work in a SNF and don't know how to read an EKG and this is extremely helpful. ? Love it!! Blessings to everyone
