Hi I am looking to find what positive mantras/affirmations you may say to yourself during a bad day or moment. I need something to help me get thru a new job....help

I say a couple of things...
1) Tequila time!!!!!!
2) F**K y'all I'm from Texas....
and another..there is no problem so large that it cannot be overcome with enough high explosive.....

lmao ........... when I would work in the Alzheimer's unit of this long term care facility every single time I came out of there for break or when I was leaving I always had this song on my mind and people made fun of me, I know most of you probably don't know the song because it's one of those "people screaming, cursing, banging instruments songs" but it was "Bullet with butterfly wings" by Smashing Pumpkins.... (despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage) working inside the locked unit made me feel like I was in a cage lol

I really like to tell myself this one: To GET through it, you've gotta GO through it. Also, having a sick and warped sense of humor helps........like answering the phone "Julie's massage parlor-we never rub you the wrong way!" But only use that one when you're desperate-the patient's families don't care for it much!
