What are your nursing school uniform colors?

Published

I am so thrilled to finally order my nursing uniform! This officially means i'm a nursing student :). Our nursing school uniform colors are dark hunter green scrub top/pants and a white warmer jacket with our school logo. I also purchased a littman stethoscope as well--So excited!

Its a dream come true, I would see nursing students the past years wearing unifroms and I always admired them. Finally its my chance..I love the feeling.

White EVERYTHING! ugh. I'd love it, if it were some sort of color. I'd even be happy with black pants/white top.

At least I did get to buy them anywhere I wanted. So I ordered some cute white ones from uniform advantage. The ones in the bookstore are hideous!

Navy tops with white pants and white shoes! Not liking the white pants at all!!!!

Stock up on nude panties!

My school is even more strict than just requiring a color, which is wine btw, but we have to have Landau brand (or one that looks just like it) or we will be sent to the bookstore to buy some overpriced ones from there! I soo wish I could wear Dickies like my CNA scrubs are, so comfy and affordable

We were told to get white top/pants and royal blue top/pants. We have to wear all white or all blue, no mixing, and the color we have to wear is determined by where we are doing our clinicals. We were given the option of three brands (Cherokee, Dickies, or Radiance), but only certain styles. We were even told that if we need to wear shirts underneath they needed to be either Fruit of the Loom or Hanes white t-shirts, or long sleeve t-shirts. We also have to wear solid white shoes.

Specializes in Emergency; med-surg; mat-child.

Ciel scrubs, white shoes, though they don't much fuss about the shoes. Or the scrubs, for that matter. We have a couple students who wear more royal blue and didn't catch flack for it.

I have a friend whose program is whites and it's pretty bad. I can't imagine the fear of wearing them if I were menstruating. Ohai, no, I sat in blood, really!

Wow, is your program run by control freaks?

I think it might be!! :uhoh3:

Our policy is pretty lax. We just have to wear royal blue tops and pants. Our shoes are white, nursing or athletic, with minimal color and minimal openings.

Any brand any style.

Specializes in Ortho/Med/Surg.

Purple top and white pants. I think it will be pretty:redbeathe

Our uniforms are white tops, and a wine colored pant...it's sort of like a burgundy color. All white shoes with no mesh or logos on them.

WHITE WHITE WHITE, ALL WHITE!
