What Nursing school are you in? Show your pride!

I'm a junior at Walla Walla College in Portland, OR. The main campus is in Walla Walla, WA. Only nursing majors are on the Portland campus, and it's great because of the small size. We have about 80 nursing students (juniors and seniors). It's a 7th day Adventist college (although I'm not Adventist). I think we have the best, most supportive staff. They really want you to succeed, and bend over backwards to help you. Anyway, I love my school and think that this is the best one in Portland (we have 4 BSN programs).

I just finished up my second semester at the University of Memphis. Go tigers! One more year to go.:monkeydance:

Just finished 1st semester of BSN program at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL!!

Just completed (TODAY!) my first semester of a 5 semester ADN program at Pensacola Junior College.

14 days away from graduation at Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University.......:balloons: :smiley_aa :yeah:

I'm going to miss it, it's a wonderful program. We have about 90 graduating in my class, and 100 in the class behind me, but you still have fantastic interaction with your professors and small class sizes.

I am attending Keiser College. I am in the very first nursing class at my campus. We are smoothing the way for the future students. lol

College of Lake County.. has to be the hardest community college program in the state LOL

I am now a senior nursing student at Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN. I live in Sevierville, TN. Home of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. My school offers an ADN in nursing. I just finished up my second semester in Med/Surg I. I start my OB/Peds/Psych rotation in the fall. Spring 2007 will be my last semester which is called Advanced Med/Surg when you do your preceptorship. I cannot wait to graduate! I am so excited. It has been a long and tough year. I am going through nursing school as a single mother trying to support my children on $700 a month. I am glad to have the summer off to work a little bit. I got an externship at a hospital nearby, but I have another long tough year ahead, but it will all be worth it!

Specializes in ICU, CVICU.

I'm at Texas A&M Corpus Christi's College Station cohort. I'll be getting my BSN in 18 months (yikes!) in December of '07

I am getting my ADN at Rend Lake College in Southern Illinois. I graduated from Southeastern Illinois College as a LPN, also in Southern Illinois.

USF is a great nursing school. I am originally from Albion, Indiana, and I applied at USF about seven years ago. I ended up moving to Tennessee and going to school, but I had a good friend that graduated from USF. A lot of great nurses come from USF!

Specializes in Hemodialysis, Home Health.

I am starting at Southern West Virginia Community college in August. From what I have heard its the number 1 ADN program in the state of West Virginia, I am really quite excited that I got accepted. I got in on my first try! WHOO HOO!!! I cant wait.
