hey there
ive just been offered a place at the University of Newcastle, New South Wales to study a bachelor of nursing. Looking forward to it, the school has a good reputation and its in the best part of the country!! (australia, that is!)
we have about 220 students in first year alone, so its kinda big! The university is a regional uni servicing poeple from newcastle on the coast right out to central-western new south wales (although its classed alongside the big city sydney uni's!)
woo hoo orientation is in 2 weeks, and my first day is the 23rd of feb!
cheers

I am a 4 year BSN student at the University of Tampa. This will be my 2nd bachelor's degree from this school! The nursing faculty are so nice, and they are really making us feel as comfortable as possible. There are about 40 of us and this is our 2nd semester in the program. Class of 2006!!!
I'm in my third semester of an ADN program at Daytona Beach Community College. We started out with 120 students last year & approximately 50-55 have dropped out or failed out so far. They just added quite a few lpn & paramedics that bridged over into our class....so now we're back up to about 90. Third semester is the easiest so far (Peds/OB). I'm enjoying it. Counting down the months to graduation!
How do you like Walla Walla? I applied there and waiting for an answer. I applied to 4 different schools and Walla Walla seem to be the best. I always thought Linfield would be until I heard the passing rate for the RN exam wasn't great. I did apply to Linfield though and just found out they had over 800 applications. PCC had over 900 applications. I'm crossing my fingers, toes and anything else I can cross that I can get into Walla Walla!!!! :)

I'm a junior at Walla Walla College in Portland, OR. The main campus is in Walla Walla, WA. Only nursing majors are on the Portland campus, and it's great because of the small size. We have about 80 nursing students (juniors and seniors). It's a 7th day Adventist college (although I'm not Adventist). I think we have the best, most supportive staff. They really want you to succeed, and bend over backwards to help you. Anyway, I love my school and think that this is the best one in Portland (we have 4 BSN programs).
