Good day!
I am a foreign graduate trying to apply for NCLEX here in California. I received a mail recently stating that I need to complete an approved nursing program in California. I was trying to reach the BON to confirm if I have to take a few subjects only or do I have to take the whole program because I have batchmates who only needed to complete specific subjects. I dont know what to do next. Im feeling anxious just thinking about repeating 4 years of nursing. Would you suggest for me to take LVN in Ca instead or to take NCLEX in another state and just endorse it to California? Thank you for your help

If you don't meet the requirements for California then trying to endorse from another state won't work, you will still have to meet their requirements.

Same here! I got denied too last 2012, so i challenge nclex PN and passed it. Right now I'm working as LVN and planning to do the lvn-rn bridge program. It depends which state where you wanna work. In my case I decided to stay here in Cali even tho I'm already RN in other state. I'm planning to go back to school to endorse my license :)
