Not that simple. Some feel NCLEX-PN is more difficult than NCLEX-RN.
Different content.
Different scope of practice.
Different educational qualifications.
Different knowledge base.
Different expectations.
Both require critical thinking and applied knowledge of practical nursing or professional nursing core educational content.
NCLEX-PN is 85-205 questions with a maximum of 5 hours testing, passing plus meeting the background and educational requirements of a state board of nursing for a LPN license by examination results in licensing as an LPN
NCLEX-RN is 75-265 questions with a maximum of 6 hours testing, passing plus meeting the background and educational requirements of a state board of nursing for a RN license by examination results in licensing as an RN

One has a "P" and one has an "R".
But seriously.....
JB wrote out a very clear, very good answer for you. I've just gotta ask, though: did you REALLY think the only difference was the number of questions? And if so....what would that mean to you?

Well, uhm, since you've previously posted that you took NCLEX-PN, one would hope you know the difference. Especially since you've also posted about your patients.
