So...if you have an RN (ADN) would getting a Bachlor's Healthcare Admin really get you any where? Just wondering...

My school offers Healthcare support program, and basically it gets you a job in administration in any healthrelated office setting. The pay is substantially lower. I am unsure of the Bachelors in Healthcare admin though :)

I know of two men from my class who did that BA after they retired from the military as CRNAs. Both are Nursing home administrators. They both live quite well, but that my be the military retirement salary. Both of the ECFs have pretty good reputations.

It will get you an opportubity to move into middle management, in LTC or HHA. I would suggest getting a BSN, then a MS in Heaqlth Administration. I did that and it opened up oppotunities with NYS DOH, hospital administration, and senior case management.
