They are looking for a new Director at my agency. Have said the director will need a Masters Degree. I know that there are other agencies where the administrator does not hold a Masters.

In my agency, there is no administrator, just managers. I have more education and experience than any of them, but I can't stomach the unethical requirements of administration. I've "been there; done that!" Usually they put MANY requirements for the positions when they advertise, but the truth is, the position is given to the first sucker dumb enough to apply. Usually that is someone from outside. Anyone already working and seeing what the positions really is like, knows they don't want it, so have probably already turned it down!
