What color are your school uniforms?

I thought this would be an interesting topic of discussion.

What color are the uniforms that you all wear to clinical rotations? The scrubs at the school that I currently attend are maroon. We have the option of wearing a white warm-up jacket on those chilly days.

When I was attending an LVN program back in 2004 and 2005, our uniforms consisted of a royal blue scrub top and white pants. We also had the option of wearing a white warm-up jacket on cold days.

my school clinical uniform color is light blue top and navy pants, warm up jacket is navy and lab coat is white . this is convient for the days when us women ;).

Wow, I guess I feel lucky now...

Our school let us wear whatever color and style we wanted as long as the top and bottom were the exact same color and had no patterns (solids only)

I think I owned every color in the rainbow by the time I graduated :wink2:

Our's are navy blue scrub pants with a navy blue polo top that has our school's patch on one of the sleeves. I honestly hate the polo and wish we could just have a regular scrub top lol. We can also wear a navy blue warm-up jacket if we want. We wear white shoes.

ours are hunter green tops and bottoms...with a fit that is not flattering!! the lpn's wear royal blue tops and bottoms, same fit though!

wow you are super lucky!!!

Hunter green scrubs with school patch on right sleeve... much better than LPN school. That required white grenny shirt with white tapered leg pants. We had to wear a white apron with green and kakhi diagnal stripes.

Of course white shoes... and can you believe mandatory white underwear?

:smackingf

Ours is navy blue. I wanted pink. :)

[color=olive]its term 1 for me….still learning….but we have green scrubs v-neck top (w/ patch on r sleeve), green bottoms and we can only wear our lap coats. no sweaters at all not even at lecture days. we can wear a sweater from our car to the building then we have to take off the sweater once we enter the building…... we have to wear our green scrubs during clinics and lecture days. oh white socks, white leather shoes only. i want purple! lol….love it… i’m in nursing school so i wear my green scrubs proudly!:rckn::stdnrsrck:

All white, and ugly. Heavy material, an ugly shirt. And we had a blue and white patch on the jacket and shirt, so no bleaching. We could wear sneakers, they wanted them as white as possible. I think toward the end I wore white with pink and gray on them, because no one seemed to care anymore. Well...I gradauted...but that was our uniform (MTSU, BSN program).

I don't think I've responded here... ours are navy blue with red trim. We have a matching jacket to wear over them. They still feel so stiff it's like wearing tin. LOL

Forest Green. White shoes, white lab coat. Not too bad.

When I begin in the Fall my uniform will be as follows: Maroon scrub top with our school initials inscribed in it, any brand/style of white scrub pants (I'm all for cargo!), and white shoes with no holes (Crocs without the holes are acceptable). Uniforms are worn only during lab, clinical or research - no dress code for lecture. A white lab coat can be worn over professional attire during labs or research if we prefer.

I'm actually kind of happy about our scrub top color. Plus, I'm also relieved that I won't have to wear the type of scrub pants with the elastic bands and tapered legs.
