WGU RN-BSN 10/01/11 start...anyone with me?

Just wondering if anyone else is starting this program Oct 1st....? maybe we could start a support system of sorts....I am excited to finally get on the road to finishing this degree:nurse:!

I'm set to start 10/1 too. I still need to accept my financial aid and part of the loan for the remaining balance but everything else is done and I am beyond ready! Wish I could start now. I start wgu 10/1 and go back to work from maternity leave 10/3.......so by 10/4 I will be wonder what in the world I was thinking! LOL

Keep checking your emails folks! I got my transcript evals yesterday and I am very, very pleased with what I received. Only have to take (Language and Communication: presentation) class besides the core nursing courses. So I'm looking at at 6 month or less finish date! Who's with me?! Sorry.. I just can't contain my excitment.... :yeah:

I have to take Algebra, statistics, biochemisty, and micro. :( I'm still disappointed that my algebra didn't transfer. I am NOT good at math so hopefully those classes don't hold me up too much.

I'm starting oct too, paid tuition today, well my employer paid for me . still waiting to get the A/P course outline from my school to support my transcript evaluation appeal, hopefully i meet up with the dead line so i don't have to take this class again.

I will start my RN-MSN October 1st. too. It takes 8 assessments to finish the BSN and 31 Assessments to finish the MSN. We can do it guys.

Good news - my College Board AP Calc transcript was received TODAY... met the deadline by the skin of my teeth.

So... joining the group starting 10/1/11! Really excited... just waiting to get my transcripts evaluated now... fingers crossed that all of my prereq's are given credit. My A&P I & II, Micro, etc was all done at the community college (all with labs), nutrition was a 3-hr "Intro to Nutrition" course... I hope it all goes through and I can go into the nursing classes quickly.

my evaluation was done since 9/12, and since then i have been trying to show all the evidence I have to prove my A/P was done with lab( my school made a mistake in the transcript, they didn't add the lab). i finally today sent in the course content from my school as advice by my enrollment counsellor. hoping to hear from them.
