Hi,
I received the EAOD invite on January 18th. I didn't receive any notification about my application being under review before this email.

Submitted application on day of deadline.
I majored in Exercise Science. During my time as an undergrad I was an RA and a Anatomy/Physio Lab TA. During my gap year I volunteered at a surgical center in Chino and worked at a liposuction center in Ontario to get experience with nurses. I wouldn't say this information matters much though. I have never worked in a hospital/had as much experience as some of these other amazing individuals, but really made sure to show my determination and passion for the field and what I wish to do with my degree in the future. At the end of the day it's your drive to be a nurse that matters most and is what they look for. Due to the pandemic, many schools understand the limited volunteering opportunities we have so they want to see in other ways your WHY for being a nurse. Keep your head up, do your best, and just have faith in yourself and how hard you have worked. You've got this!
I just got an email for the interview invite! Does anyone know if these are group zoom interviews or panel style, or are they 1-on-1?
Edit: NVM.. Just found this on their website
"You’ll first be greeted online by an Admissions Counselor and college representative who will make sure everything is working properly. Your interview day will include a welcome, an admissions orientation, and your actual interview. You’ll also have some time to network with other interviewees.
You can expect to be interviewed by a team of two, comprised of faculty and/or administration. You can expect to be in the actual interview for approximately 25 to 30 minutes."

Yes! Last year I was granted an interview and my undergrad GPA is a 2.5. My preteq GPA is a 3.9. I volunteered for a year at a low-income hospital and worked on an ambulance rig during COVID-19.
