Hey Future RN's & LPN's,

I haven't seen a group established for us!!! I wish everyone much success on their exam! For me I will be taking it for a 2nd time!! Please leave prayers, advice and words of encouragement to everyone in this group!:heartbeat

Has anyone noticed that this forum is mispelled. Septemeber instead of September lol.

i don't notice that sometimes , it happens to me when practicing questions and when im reading the rationales that's the time i notice it, now i'm very carefully when im reading question. and a warning too to others. for EXAMPLE i encountered a question like this but i dont remember the exact question.

1. A pt........ as a nurse ..What orders do you question?

a. gentamicin sulfate (Garamycin) IV q 8

b.heparin sodium (Heparin)5000 units SQ now

3.chlorpromazine(Thorazine) 25mg IM now

4.atenelol q4 h

ans. 4 bec. there is no dose order

For anyone using Kaplan---Sample RN Test #3 is really good in prioritization! 30 questions on diff situation of who you would see first!

Doing that one boost my confidence i got a 83% on it!! nrcolee u will do great :heartbeat

I know right! It boosted my confidence! I got an 80% so we both did great! And I feel like those are good questions in comparison to the NCLEX or what I remember at least!

i dont got a high sores as yours but i got 73% nearly to your scores that's why im confident too. LOL :lol_hitti

aleena23 that's great! it's so hard to not compare your score to others as thats what we've done through nursing school and life! but celebrate successes! that's what ive learned to do. you are doing great and youll continue to build to test day and then youll pass! i think you said you test the 9th? ill be praying for you! i test next wed! the 2nd!

yes thank you.i'll be praying for you too. keep us posted .i always put in my mind whatever happened in my life ,there is a reason a good reason and it take us times sometimes to notice it bec. we look at the negative side. Good luck

Hey Aleena yours is on the nineth as well? What a cool date huh. I love it 09-09-09.

I hope that ujones grandma or aunt is wrong with telling the date, or at least that no devil had an ear when I told ..EVERYONE! lol. I cant keep anything for myself when I get excited. Just curious if anyone takes theirs in Albany GA on the nineth. Here is what I did:

I figured the day before we all know not to study and to rest, so I booked myself an expensive hotel and I will make use of the whirrlpool and the luxuries they provide! I will get pampered for the big day. Makes me wonder...I do not think I pampered myself that much when I got married, maybe that is why I am divorced now! lol. I am so silly.

oops i didnt notice it was 9. i will take on the 4th. my att expires on the 5th that's why
