I did not see any thread on November 2009 support group, so I decided to form a forum for us to share our view, plan and how to pass for the test first time. As we all prayer for each other to continue with this journey I wish everyone who is taking NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-LVN/LPN.
Join the excellent group!!:hrns&wlcm:
Good luck to everybody testing in November.
Here is the plan and we have a month.
Finish the NCBSN online NCLEX review
Do the whole Saunders CD (fourth edition)
Do the Exam cram CD (1000 questions)
Do the Pharmacology Success book (over 1000 questions)
Do the Med-surgical Success Book (1000 questions)
Do the NCLEX 3500 and with all the prayers to pass this NCLEX.
"Holy Spirit,
Thou make me see everything
and show me the way to reach my ideal.
You who will give the divine gift
to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me
and who are in all instances of my life with me.
I, in this short dialogue, want to thank You for everything
and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from You
no matter how great the material desire may be.
I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your perpetual glory, Amen

Hey everyone. I'm a new member here and this is my first post. I've just been browsing around and finally got the guts to say hello!I'm about to take NCLEX this coming Nov 11
. Today it's the 5th and I am at the point where I feel like I can only study meds, lab values, and key points I jotted down from reviewing kaplan rationales. I've already reviewed the kaplan course content book at least 2x...
, have done at least 1200 questions, and up to trainer #6. Scores ranging from 55-70%.
Am i doing alright? What do you all recommend I do these last few days before? Let me know.
ALSO, good luck to everyone else about to take it or anyone else waiting on results! WE CAN DO THIS!:nmbrn:
I'm taking NCLEX-PN tuesday the 10th.. i studied an hour a day for about 3 weeks and this weekend im doing a study marathon until monday. because the day before im just going to relax. i have it all planned out
I bought a book its a nclex rn book but it focuses on prioritizing and im also getting about 50-70% per chapter correct. In the saunders Nxclex pn book im getting more correct than that. I wrote down notes about acidbase imbalance, lab values, and i have my drug cards near me at all times so I'm always looking at them. I scattered my drug cards throughout the house so everywhere I go I read them and I mix them up every so often. (yes theres even one by the toilet lol)
good luck to you and everyone else taking it!
Am just confuse took nclex rn on nov 9 and my computer shut off at 76 question and that worry me bc i have not heard anybody mention that they hard 76 question bc when i saw question 76" i was like omg" so am going to answer 265, this is kind of weird to me, is that a god sign or bad sign. Thanks.

The number of questions that you get every exam doesn't mean that you pass or fail.
It's up to the computer if it had determined that you had passed the minimum level of competency.
Getting to 76 is unusual, but could definitely happen. Have you tried the PVT? In that way it could calm your nerves while waiting for the official result. It has it's own thread in this forum. Good Luck!
Hey Everyone-I'm taking my NCLEX on November 24 (I know 2 days before Thanksgiving- what the **** am I thinking?!)...well, I'll have something to be REALLY thankful for that week!!!
Good luck to everyone taking NCLEX in November!!! Hang in there and stay determined! We'll get through this
Lotz of love and prayers!

Hi there,
I just took the test Sat Nov 14th, I shut down at 75 questions, I am freaking out at this moment, it's funny I had it schedule the same day you have your test. I just happen to find a sooner date. I was anxious, I hope I made the right choice. I got a lot SATA,Infection control, Meds/Endocrine/Cardio/Delegation/Med-Surg/Peds/Psy/Neuro, mostly Meds. Are you taking yours in california?
