I have the same problem, I usually link my fingers together and try to push the gloves down as much as possible. I always have like a half an inch at the top on each finger that's just glove, it's so annoying. I've worked places that only stocked med and large gloves though so, I guess I'm thankful for my ill fitting smalls, lol.

Hello all -
I was wondering if anyone runs into the same problem that I do. My hands are extremely small with short fingers and often when I put on the size Small gloves there is an "air gap" between where my fingers end and the glove ends. It makes it difficult to correctly feel things sometimes, particularly when I am starting an IV. Does anyone else have this problem and how do you get around it? Extra-small and Medium gloves give me the same issue, and ES gloves are too small anyways.
Somehow I was blessed with small hands and big feet (size 10 Women).
