how was everyone's week? mine wasn't that bad. for the last couple of weeks, i have been doing the elliptical trainer, crunches & push-ups for a mininum of 30 min per day for at least 3 days per week.
my update: 170/166/125 i weighed in last tuesday at 166. i requested not to see my weight or hear it until i got into my car to look. i was shocked, because i totally thought that i had gained.
how is everyone else doing? i am sure we got a lot of "losers" out there! :)
Deb, I'm glad you found a new meeting & leader! That makes all the difference in the world sometimes. :)

We had a very motivating meeting last night. One member was celebrating his 1 year anniversary going to WW. He lost 92 lbs over the past year & has around 70 more to go. When he first came, apparently he was too heavy for the scales & they had to add extra weight to it to be able to work for him. He brought before pictures & it's just amazing. He's truly a motivation! There was another gal there who has lost around 70-80 lbs so far (she has more to lose too) and she brought before pictures too...man, she's come a long way. It was just the motivation I needed. Our meeting was cancelled last week due to bad weather...I didn't go off program, but came close a few times!
My sister and I decided we weren't getting much out of our meetings and we have both plateaued after only two weeks. We're getting ready to quit the meetings and stick with the program on our own but make some adjustments like cutting back on carbs.
The meetings have been like sitting through another lecture for me. Like another day at school, another commitment. I don't think that's how they're supposed to make me feel.
RNKittyKat, I've found that the meetings really help me...only thing being that the meeting is only as good as the leader. If you have a crummy leader, your meetings are going to be crummy.
I'm dreading getting weighed in on Monday...I haven't been doing very well this week. It's *that* week...and *that* week usually makes me do bad things like crave fattening stuff & chocolate.
I have been on weight watchers for 1 month, tomorrow I go to weigh in and I'm always nervous before I go. I really like the program and i think the meetings help motivate you and keep you on track because they hold you accountable for your actions. When I started this program I weighed 209 and now I am down to 202. It's exciting to think soon I can wear some things in my closet I haven't worn in years! Good luck to all and keep trying!!!

I'm down another 2.75 lbs this week as of last night's weigh-in. Boggled my mind since it was *that* week & I had been oh so bad eating chocolate cake on a couple nights. But then I did stick with my points & flex points.
Our leader said last night that we should try & eat our flexpoints, cos that's all a part of the program & you WILL lose if you eat them. :)
I weighed in on Saturday and I gained .8 ! I knew the week had been bad, both my girls were sick. Oldest had strep throat, baby had stomach flu. I always seem to overeat when I am worried. I know this week will be better!
