how was everyone's week? mine wasn't that bad. for the last couple of weeks, i have been doing the elliptical trainer, crunches & push-ups for a mininum of 30 min per day for at least 3 days per week.

my update: 170/166/125 i weighed in last tuesday at 166. i requested not to see my weight or hear it until i got into my car to look. i was shocked, because i totally thought that i had gained.

how is everyone else doing? i am sure we got a lot of "losers" out there! :)

Down 3-1/2 lbs this week to make a total of 8 lbs. lost in two weeks. Yippeeee!!

WTG RNKittyKat! :)

I dipped into my flexpoints big time yesterday. Had pizza & then 2 slices of homemade bread with butter. But since I had 32 of them to play with, I'm sure I am ok. Weigh in's on Monday evening, so we'll see...

AmyLiz, I used about two-thirds of my flex points last week and still managed to net a loss. Those little babies are my salvation. My weakness is fried, salty foods. I tell you if I couldn't have a couple of pieces of fried chicken and some chips once every week or two, it would be dangerous to come around me.

Yep, thank goodness for flex points! Couldn't live without them! :D

ARGH! Our WW Meeting was cancelled last night because of the winter storm that blew through. :( I wanted to weigh in to see how I'm doing & now I have to wait until next Tuesday.

*Grumble-grumble* :(

Weigh in this morning was good, down 3 lbs this week. So far my husband are still doing this by ourselves without the meetings, although he wants me to start going to get any new info and such. Some days are so hard, but when weigh in time comes, I know it is worth it.

Good luck to all!

My stats for the last 5 weeks are:

240/226/140

Take care everyone!

Weighed in yesterday for the first time and lost 5 lbs!!

I was so happy to have a 5 lb bookmark finally! :D

Does anyone know anybody that has had success with the online version? With nursing school and being a single parent I really don't have time to go to meetings and was looking at this as an option. Let me know please. And congratulations to all of you and your success!!

I lost 30 pounds on the online version of WW last year. You really have to find your own motivation, that's the only thing I can think of that I had trouble with. I was fine for awhile, but then fell off the wagon so to speak & gained 20 pounds back.

If you can stick with it (visit the message boards on the ww website for motivation & tips), you shouldn't have too much trouble.

Down another pound this week. :)

I am up two pounds this week. It doesn't help that I missed weigh-last Thursday. After doing that fast-track and only dropping a pound, I went kind of crazy. I stopped drinking the water, and reverted to cran-apple juice. I also bought a pack of Nutter Butter cookies, luckily I only got to eat four before my dog knocked them from the counter and devoured them while we were in the basement watching TV.

I have re-committed myself. I found a new meeting with a great instructor. He is wondeful and so motivational. Wish me luck.
