I am in the opposite situation that you are in. I just started my first term of an ASN program. To my suprise I am doing well and really enjoying it............sometimes. I have my ups and downs.
I have started to exercise a few times a week for about 30 minutes. I think that really helps. I take my book with me and read a little too. So I kind of kill two birds with one stone.
I am just trying to make it through my first term. I only have a few weeks left.
Congratulations to you and keep up the good work. The light at the end of your tunnel is so close. Stay focused, and again, congratulations!!!!!
Pinning on Dec 18th here. Or at least I hope so. Over half our class failed our first med surg 2 exam, so every point is needed now. I am thinking positive though :)
My pinning is on Dec 11th and I was previously in cardiac the first 8weeks of this semester. I did very horrible in cardiac. I failed almost every exam but managed to pass. It was tough but I got through. Half the class was on the edge of failing but we all made it through. We all were crying and so happy. Your fellow students start to become your family and everyone wants everyone to make it to the end. It has been a journey but I am truly happy we all have supported eachother. Keep your head up!
:yeah:Ok here is my update, I have 4 weeks left to finish nursing school and I am done. I am sooo happy. Is their anybody else happy about finishing up nursing school or close to finishing. It has been long & tough and sometime hard road. But it can be done. If you are thinking about giving up, dont hang in their and just look forward to completing a class. The more classes or semesters that you complete the closer you get towards your goal. I want to wish everyone goodluck who is in a nursing program, just starting one or who is finishing up. The boards is next.
4 weeks left as well. I am so incredibly excited. I feel like I have been in school forever. I can't wait to just work! I think it will be a challenge but I am excited to venture out into the world of nursing. We have our ATI testing next week (the pre boards test, that tells you where you would place). I am nervous just for that!
