Hi! Who is applying to Weatherford for the spring 2011 semester?
I took the TEAS yesterday and didn't do as well as I was hoping. I am going to retake it and hopefully then I will have 18 or 19 points. It seems that the point system has changed and is only 23 possible points now, rather than 26.
I really don't know if 18 or 19 will be enough, but I haven't completed Micro so that is going to hurt me. I figure it is worth a try though! You can't win if you don't play! lol.
So who else is applying? How many points does everyone have?
I'm at work. I don't get off til 3 and my mail doesn't come til 4 or a little later. I'm crying and freaking out at work. I really am just trying to keep it together. Oh my goodness. This is just too much.
Dreamer, congrats. I feel really happy for you. How exciting!!! You are going to nursing school!!!!!!

As Sherri said, you are going to Nursing School too!!! I hope you make it through your last hour at work, and find your letter waiting for you in your mailbox when you get home.
After Sherri posted that the letters were mailed out yesterday, I instantly started shaking. It was hard to contain my nervousness, excitement, anxiety... I had a few more things I needed to do before I could leave work for lunch, and it felt like it took me hours to get them done! And I swear, I caught every single red light on the way home, too! What an awesome day! I kept having to tell my family that I wasn't playing an April Fool's joke on them! I could never do something like that over something this serious.
Congratulations everyone. I got my rejection letter. Boo hoo, but I'm not too disappointed, I guess because I knew it was coming. Enjoy your moment!
Loly, you said this a few weeks ago:
I'm positive that God will find the right time for me to embark on this journey, whether for the Fall or another semester.
Don't ever forget that God has a plan for your life. I was reminded last semester that everything happens in His time, not our own! Keep your chin up! You still have one more letter to wait for.

Thanks Sherri! I hope your mailman shows up early today! And no matter what that letter says, never give up!!! Great things come to those who wait! I am a perfect example of that.
