Weatherford College ADN spring 2017

Hello fellow nurse applicants! This has been a very difficult and stressful process but I will finally be ready to apply for the spring term. I have taken the TEAS once and missed the passing total median score by two points because the math portion cut me off with almost 2 pages of questions left all of my other sections were good so I am going to practice and retake it soon. Once we get a good amount of applicants to the page and the deadline is here we should create a Facebook group page. Good luck everyone!

Hey Ashley ! I'm Antionette from FB but I hope more ppl will join too. I believe this is the first chat created for 2017. But how many points did you have before TEAS if you don't mind me asking? My application depends on how well my spring and summer courses end!

I think I was going to have depending on this semesters classes between like 24-27 depending on final grades before teas so I'm hoping to really do well this time around on my teas that seems like so few points for someone who only has one C and will have all pre req post req and bsn courses except two complete maybe I should have Karen look at my info to make sure I'm adding correctly

Yes it's the same for me except mine will be lower.. I prob won't have 22-24 before TEAS. I'm really pushing it this term but I thought why not try! I heard the TEAS is hard! í ½í¹

You know my main issue was the math because I didn't move fast enough and the science was off putting because it had a lot of earth science but the rest I did fine on

Yes well I wish you luck and I hope I will be able to apply so I can be apart of the waiting game ! Lol

Thanks commuter couldn't figure out how to do it

Omg Ashley do you see everyone getting in ? Even 26 points were good enough for wise! I'm really hopeful now lol

Hahaha I know good luck let me know if not we will hold strong for this app period good luck!

When it says you can take a humanities or visual art credit for up to four points is that the same class that can get you 15 hours towards your bsn for 3 points. I took art appreciation.

Also how did you guys study for your Teas, I still have not taken that, because I was not sure if I was going to apply for the spring.😓

You have to take both a humanities and fine arts to get the 4 points. I am using the TEAS app my pocketprep and I had gone to the free workshops the school does so I have printed copies of the pratice tests
