Hi everyone. Just wanted to start a post for the 2015 Associates degree of Nursing Fall program at Weatherford College and see who else will be applying!
I have 31 points before my TEAS. I probably wont be taking it for a couple more months. I've finished all of my pre and co requisites and have my 15 hours of BSN credits so I'm super excited to finally be able to apply :)
I wonder what the point cut off will be this semester? I'm hoping to get at least 6 points off my TEAS but 8 would be great! Comment if you're applying this upcoming semester! Cant wait!
I'm not sure... Im thinking that the wcwc will be lower than 30. Considering the major point drop and all. KL agreed that the majority of students lost 3/4 ppints, putting the wcwc at a high of 29 if we are doing the math using last semesters cut off of 32. I think it's more than safe to say that the cut off for the wcwc campus will be 30 or below... of course I could be wrong but KL seemed to agree with my when I mentioned the point change drastically affecting the cut off :) we will have to see! Although I will say that I have a very hard time believing that the weatherford campus cut off will be 30. That just sounds too good to be true. Again though, we will just have to wait and see! Who knows! This point system has really shaken things up!
Thank you abbieallen. The unknown is killing me over here! We are looking at moving out that direction, but obviously that will depend a lot on if I get accepted into the program and to which location. I pray that the letters go out before mid-May! I am so jealous that TCC applicants will find out so soon after applying.
I talked to KL today and she said that the director has not had a chance to look at the applications and then they have to send them to the Board of Nursing which usually takes a minimum of 10 business days to input the names before letters can be sent out. The wait is killing me. I applied with a 42, but I do not want to count my chickens before they hatch.

No its fine. If you go to your campus connect there's a place to the bottom left where is says register for classes and click that. Then enter in fall and associate degree nursing classes and it should show you the schedule.
